I believe the first one looked like that because the ink was run over so many times in order to make it show up, therefore creating scar tissue under the skin and making it raised. Not fun. One of...

There's really no point in white ink tattoos. Most likely, it will have faded away in a couple of years, and then you just wasted your money on something that disappeared.
