I'm really starting to realise the amazing work I've done for my mental health.

And I took my baby sister to the park today! I didnt have flashbacks! We went on the swings together.

My friends at work were really supportive.

It was going round that the Queen was at the match, tho i'm not sure whether to believe that or not :s Why would she come to a Saracens v Wasps game?

Didn't feel bad at all, my mood never dropped.

College was fun :D

I went to the psychitric hospital for a meeting to see how i'm coping now i'm discharged. Got to see some of the staff, everyone seems really pleased for me :)
