:/ really? The tattooist is a friend of a friend and she suggested me getting a tattoo over my scars....u think that would make a difference?

My mum has offered to pay for either the whole of or part of a tattoo for me for my 19th birthday. It's to cover up my self-harm scars so it will need to be on my left wrist. I have an idea...
