Not unless he thinks your fathers posing a massive risk to your well-being, and even then social services work on the basis of "doing whats best for the child" so you daon't have anything to worry...

I found myself that the best way to start these things is to try to start off with a very short sentence that sort of explains things and work from there. Its ok to waffle a lot, it helps you along....

I think you really should let her make an appointment. Believe me you feel real better after seeing someone, even just to talk. If things are getting worse its definitely best you get help before it...
