I'm a girl, and i don't think it should be banned. I think people need to understand that this is JUST a video game and not real life. Although i can understand that a rape victim coming across this...

It's pretty distasteful, sure, but it is just a video game. I would question why anyone would want to play such a video game, but does this mean it should be banned? No, not really.
