It’s definitely okay for you to masturbate at this age. The one thing to make sure is that you’re not hurting yourself when you do it and that you’re not becoming addicted. A sign that you’re addicted would be if you’re giving up obligations and socialization in order to masturbate. Also be aware that porn is not the same as real life sex.
I can’t give you techniques because of our rules but experiment and play around a little bit. See what touches feel good and what doesn’t. Just enjoy yourself and see what you like!

Don't worry. I started masturbate myself at 11 y/o for exaample. There's no problem about that! It's a normal thing, i think everyone did it.
