I'm Estelle, and I came by to welcome you to the site and help you get started on here! I saw that you're new and that you wrote in your profile that you need help with a problem. If you're looking for advice, you should check out the Support Forums and post something about what you need. Most people see posts in the forums, and you'll probably get a lot of helpful answers. While you're there, I'd recommend posting in the Arrivals and Departures forum. This way, people will see you've joined the site, and you can get to know the other members. You can also look at this list of other ways to get help around the site.
