Hello, and welcome to TeenHelp!
I'm Adam, a member of Staff here on the site, and I'd like to take this opportunity to give you a few pointers in introducing yourself to, and making the most from, the wonderful and diverse community of which you are now a part.
We have a great many ways of both giving and obtaining support and advice, which you hopefully may find useful. I'd particularly recommend also taking a peek at some of our lesser-known site areas, such as our Articles, Videos and affiliates' Resources.
Now that you've joined, you might also like to introduce yourself. To do so, there are a variety of methods, which might include completing the About Me section of your profile, utilising our Arrivals and Departures forum or making some friends in our laid-back Chat Room.
Whilst you're on the site, also, our team of Buddies are here to help you make the most of the site. If ever you have any form of question or concern, I would invite you to get in touch with me or a Buddy, and we'll do our very best to help you out.
