Hi Amanda, welcome to TeenHelp. I'm Adz.
Actually, do you prefer being called Amanda or Rose?
Anyway, I thought you might like to introduce yourself in the Arrivals and Departures lounge to get to know people.
TH has quite a selection of support centres. There's the forum, as you already know. There's HelpLink which is a confidential support system with our finest mentors. There's also LiveHelp, which, as the name suggests, is a live support chat with one of our Live Help Operators (LHO's).
For chiling out, we have the chat room too where you can talk to other TH members. There's also a dedicated support room there too if you need it.
Finally, if you ever get stuck on the site or need anything, you can PM (Private Message) me or leave me a VM (Visitor Message). Or any of the other Buddies if you'd like.
