Hey Rachel! I'm Sarah and I'm a TeenHelp Buddy - which basically means I help new users feel comfortable around the site and answer any questions you may have. It's a pretty cool place but it can be confusing at first, until you learn your way around! A good starting point, though, is definitely the Arrivals & Departures Forum (click me!). That's where you can introduce yourself to other members and check out some of the great guides to getting the most out of the forums. Another thing to check out is the Chatroom - it's fast-paced sometimes but everyone here is super friendly and welcoming, that's one of the best ways to make new friends and meet new people around here.

- Im 17 I live with my mom. My parents are divorced, I am at the moment strugiling to stay in school due to my Depression and Anxiety issues. I have delt with Self harm over the past 5 years of my life. I have very many problems still. I have gone to Thererpy and tried to talk to someone about my past but Its still a work in progress. I love to try and help others about getting through stuff and talking about there life if they have any issues with depression also i love helping with that.
