Hello there and welcome to Teen Help! My names Chandler and I'm a Buddy here on Teen Help. Firstly there's a few areas of the site that I want to point you towards. The first area being the Arrivals and Departures thread which is where you can make your first Forum Post and tell us a little bit more about yourself. This thread is located here http://www.teenhelp.org/advice, Lastly I want to point you towards our ways of obtaining support and advice. There are three main ways that you can for sure obtain support and advice. There's the live help system which is our one on one way of obtaining support and advice. Only catch is that a Live help operator has to be on for it to be able to work. Live help can be found here, http://www.teenhelp.org/livehelp. Another way to obtain support and advice is by using our email system which is called help link, just remember that sometimes it can take a little while to get a response depending on how busy the system is. Last but not least there is the support forums where you can put your post in the relative topic area but once again sometimes it can be a little bit to get a response. The Support forums can be found here http://www.teenhelp.org/forums. But also all three of these can be found by clicking on the relative button on the toolbar at the top of the page.
