Hey Cathy! I just wanted to drop by and welcome you to TH. I'm really glad you decided to join our lovely community. I'm Sammi, by the way. In case you're wondering why I have a green username, it's because I'm one of the buddies here on the site. If you have any questions about the different resources on the site, I'm your girl! I like to think I'm pretty knowledgeable. Since you haven't made any posts yet, I'm gonna go ahead and direct you to our Arrivals and Departures forum. Let all the other TeenHelpers know you're here, so we can all give you a proper welcome! Oh, I wanted to point out a couple quick things to you too. If you're here for friends or some good conversation, check out our chat room! Some pretty awesome people frequent chat and there's usually something pretty interesting going on! I also wanted to let you know about two of our features - HelpLINK and Live Help. They're two other ways to get help, besides the forums and the chat rooms. HelpLINK is a ticket based system, which allows you to submit a request for our Mentors to answer. They have a pretty good understanding of a lot of different issues and are very helpful. Live Help is a live call, which allows you to chat back and forth with one of our Operators, so you can get help with your problem instantly. Keep in mind that they aren't always online, so just keep an eye out for them.

Alright, I know I've slammed you with a bunch of information in a somewhat short VM. So, now it's time for the fun stuff. Tell me about you! What are your likes? What are your dislikes?
