Hello there! Welcome to Teen help. My names Chandler and I'm a Buddy here on this wonderful site . I'd like to introduce you to a few areas of the site that I think are Beneficial to the site. Firstly I'd like to point you towards the Arrivals and Departures thread which is where you can make your first post and give us a little bit more information about you . On the hotlines page there is a bunch of phone numbers that you can call when you find yourself struggling depending on your country. The last area of the site that I want to show you will be the alternatives thread where it will show you a list of alternatives that you can do if your struggling.
