I'm Jay, and welcome to the site
I am a buddy on this site, we are the ones with green usernames
We aim to welcome and to answer any questions the users may have regarding the site
So, first things first, I suggest you swing by the arrivals and departures forum and write yourself an intro, it doesn't have to be much, could even be one word if you prefer but it's a good way to really immerse yourself in this site.
After that feel free to check out the chat room, the chat room is amazing for meeting new people and having some fun, so lose yourself if you wish.
Or if you require advice for a certain problem, write a thread in the appropriate forum or go into livehelp or helplink, we all aim to help you guys.
