Hey! I saw that you were trying to figure out how to use TH and thought I'd come and see if I can help. This page is not actually where you post questions as it is your VM (Visitor Message) wall, where people can send you messages. It is a part of your profile and one of two ways to send messages, the other being through PM (Private Messages).
To post a question, you can make your way over to the Support Forums here and then find the appropriate forum that you want to enter. Say you wanted to go into Arrivals and Departures, you would go to the forums and then click on that title. You then click the button in the top left corner above the threads saying 'New Thread'. That takes you to a page where you can fill out a title, message box, and then you can say 'Submit New Thread' to post it.
That is just the main way to post though, as there is also HelpLINK and Live Help for confidential posts where HelpLINK Mentors see your HelpLINK requests, and Live Help is when you have a one on one chat with a Live Help Mentor. If you wanted to use Live Help however, it does have to be online for you to use it which is just whenever a Live Help Mentor is available. You do have the option to message someone in teal and ask if they are available to go on though. There are also HelpLINK Mentors that have Live Help access, like myself, who you are also able to ask. We have a staff list here if you wanted to have a look at messaging a staff member, for either the reasons above or just because you are able to. We don't bite.
To access either HelpLINK or Live Help, you simply click the box at the top of the screen under 'Get Advice' and it will take you to the appropriate page.
Getting used to the site can take a while so if you have any further questions you are able to send me a PM and I'll see what else I can do for you, or you are also able to message another staffie to ask for help. You'll see the Community Mentors around who are designed to welcome and assist new users so you are able to message them as they'll most likely be able to provide the most help, but don't be scared to message anyone else as well.
Have a good day!

I'm very new to this website and I'm just figuring out how to use it. Is this how you post a question?
