Hello there! I'm Adam, a Live Help Operator here on TeenHelp, and I'd love to extend to you the warmest of welcomes to the site.
We have a lot of brilliant resources here, both for receiving and giving support and advice from and to our many-thousands-strong community of young people from across the Earth. You can get started on the site, after reading this helpful guide, by introducing yourself to the community. There are a number of ways to do this, and you might firstly consider filling in some of the About Me section of your profile; you can also take a look at our dedicated Arrivals and Departures forum (part of the ever-popular Support Forums on the site) or drop into our very friendly and laid back Chat Room.
In addition to these, there are a number of excellent places to seek advice or support (or just make some amazing, diverse new friends!) in other areas of the site.
