Buddies are there specifically to welcome new people like yooooooooooooooooooooooouuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu!!!!!!!! !!! But all staff members are here to help, they will have bold and coloured usernames. Also, if someone posts on your wall and it appaers they have no name, don't panic, it is just because they are on leave.
People on leave are still staff members but they can't really do their normal job for a little while, so that might get a little bit confusing if you set your backfround to black LOL.
