As you mentioned, you are new. I just wanted to pop by and give you an official welcome! I see you've already found the chat room which is great! It's an awesome place to meet new people! I recommend to stop by the
Arrivals and Departures forum to introduce yourself to the rest of the TeenHelp users. There are also lots of features on this site. There's obviously the support forum, but there is also Live Help, when it's online (it will say online) then you can go on and get immediate one on one support from one of the agents (I'm one of them. Anyone with a teal user name like mine are
Live Help Mentors), then there is also HelpLINK (Which are run by
Help Link mentors (Pink usernames) and what you do with that is you submit a ticket with everything that's going on, and within a couple days you will get a reply from one of them to try and help you!
We are always here for you. Here is a
