It says that you're here for help, here are some different ways you can get help: Besides getting help on the forums, there is also HelpLink, LiveHelp, and the Support and Advice rooms in the Chat Room. HelpLink is a messaging system of sorts. You send an email and HelpLink Mentors will reply with their advice. (: LiveHelp is more of an instant messaging, one-on-one conversation. Although, LiveHelp isn't always available, if you're looking to use LiveHelp watch for when it comes Online (:
