There's also some pretty good features here worth checking out if you haven't already. Like... the Albums (Click Here), Social Groups (Click Here), Blogs (Click Here) and the Chat-Room (Click Here).
As for getting advice. Posting in the Support Forums (Click Here) is a good idea. The Support Forums has many different categories for different problems. So if you need advice/support for a problem, choose the category that better fits your problem. I also must mention HelpLINK (Click Here) and Live Help. They're both lovely features for getting advice.
