to TeenHelp. I'm Christabel and I just wanted to come and personally welcome you here. 
How are you feeling? I read your thread and I just wanna say I'm really sorry for all the things you've been through. My parents are divorced as well so I know how complicated and difficult it can be at times. Although mine are in my life and aren't alcoholics or anything so I can't imagine how saddening it must be for you. 
I do want you to know that even though it can be hard, talking to someone should help you in the end. I'm shy and quiet in real life as well so I can relate. I do want you to know that things do get better so please hang in there. All these things make you stronger and better for it for the future. You can also PM/VM me anytime if you need someone to talk to, I can't promise I'll know what to say but I can listen. c:
On a side-note, I'm a Buddy here. Buddies are here to make sure everyone knows their way around and we're here to answer any questions or concerns you have about the forums. So if you need anything then feel free to contact me or another Buddy, we don't bite. Well, the other Buddies don't anyway...

Haha well since you've already made a post, I thought it'd be fantastic if you posted an introduction in Arrivals and Departures so everyone can welcome and get to know you.
TeenHelp has quite a bit of cool features so I'll just show you a few in hopes you haven't already checked them out otherwise this is gonna be awkward.
