If you ever need help with anything, this page is a good reference for what you should use. I usually just post in the forums – that's what most people will see and spend time writing responses for. The chat room is great for meeting new people and having conversation, but depending on the issue it may not be the best place to get help. Since you're new, a great place to introduce yourself is the Arrivals and Departures forum.
