Hey, hey, hey! Welcome to our little TeenHelp community! My name is Sammi and I'm one of many Staff members here that love this place and all the work that gets put into it. As a Buddy, it's my job to help new members like you find your way around this place. The quicker it becomes familiar to you, the quicker it'll start to feel like home.

I'm just going to point out a few key ways of getting/giving advice here. If you have any other questions, please feel free to shoot me a message asking!

First things first, the forums. They're a great place to get AND give advice for any problem you might have! As you've probably noticed, each of the forums have a lot of subcategories, so it will be easy for you to figure out where your problem fits best. If you're looking to give advice, they're also super helpful, as you can look for the area where you feel most comfortable helping! Don't be afraid to start posting around the site! A great place to start is our Arrivals and Departures forum, which can be found here!

The other two areas that I want to point out to you are HelpLINK and Live Help. Both of these are areas of the site where our Staff members are able to give you advice for whatever you are struggling with. HelpLINK is a ticket based system, giving multiple Staff members the chance to answer your questions, usually in great detail! Live Help, on the other hand, is a call based system. You'll get paired with one of our lovely Live Help Operators, who will have a back and forth conversation with you to help you find the best solution!
