Just thought I'd let you know that you can introduce yourself in the Arrivals and Departures forum to get to know people. I noticed that you've used your blog already. The main support parts of the site are the forums, LiveHelp and HelpLINK, so if you're looking for advice, you might want to use those instead. LiveHelp is a live chat session with one of our LiveHelp Operators (LHO's), and HelpLINK is an anonymous private support system - it's kinda similar to the forums, but you only receive replies from our Mentors.
