Hey there. Welcome to TeenHelp. My name is Kav and I am member of the TH staff. I saw you were new, so I thought I'd drop by to say hi.

TeenHelp has a variety of resources to offer and I thought I'd touch up on a few, so it will be easier for you to navigate the site. HelpLink is an email service where your queries and questions will be answered by our mentors. Helplink is anonymous and except for the mentors nobody can view your threads. LiveHelp is an instant messaging service, where you can talk one on one with an operator. All you have to do is click on the LiveHelp option at the top of the page when you see it online.

Here is a thread that gives details on how you can receive help or support on the site. Newsletter, Articles and Videos are really informative and helpful. I'd suggest you take a look at them, when you have the time.

If you would like to meet people and make new friends, you could check out the chat room and social groups
