The support forums here are a really good tool when using the site, and if you haven't had the chance to already, I recommend having a look at them. There are a range of topics with people who can offer support and advice, as well as people who might benefit from some input from you too. There's also a forum called Arrivals and Departures. Since you've just created an account here, why not stop by and let people know you're arrived? You can post an introduction, say hello, let people know a bit about you and possibly meet some new friends while you're at it. From experience, the site is full of really nice people, so feel free to say hi.
