Hey McKenzie! Welcome to TeenHelp! I'm so glad you decided to join this fabulous community. I'm Sammi, one of the many Buddies here on the site! Our job is to help new users, such as yourself, find all the awesome features we have to offer here.

First things first, I want to mention a couple awesome things I've noticed about you so far. I love love love the color scheme of your profile! It's so cute and I might have to take a cue from your book. And, I like your profile picture too. Where did you get the scarf you're wearing in it?

On to business. The first place I recommend you checking out is our forums. If you're looking for a place to start, try our Arrivals and Departures forum. Go ahead and click here - it'll take you right to it! Introduce yourself and tell us all a little bit about you. We all want to make you feel welcome and at home here.

I'd also recommend checking out our chat room, which can be found here. This is probably one of the areas of the site that I recommend to new users the most, as it's one of the most entertaining areas. We have a lot of awesome users here and you'll have the chance to get to know quite a few of them in the chat rooms. Here, you can have conversations about whatever you like, ask for and give advice, or take part in one of our facilitated discussions to learn more about particular topics. When you have some time to kill, give it a shot!

I'm just going to mention one more thing to keep this from becoming a short novel. If you're looking for a way to stay connected to what's going on around the site, checking out our newsletter is a great route to take. Our amazing team puts a lot of work into the monthly issues, giving readers tips, letting them know about anything major happening around the site, and featuring some different blogs, threads, and social groups that might be of interest.
