Hi Mr Ell, I'm Mia, and I hope this message finds you well. I saw you were new and just thought I'd welcome you and explain a few features of the site.
As I said, I'm Mia. I'm one of the buddies around here (there's a lot of us and we can be identified by our lime green usernames), so any issues/problems give us a shout and we're more than happy to help.
Also, it may be worth making an introduction post in Arrivals & Departures, so we can all find out a bit more about you. Check out the threads titled How To Use The Forums & Obtaining Advice & Support, they're pretty useful.
