It's obviously you have problems with self-harm? I'm so sorry to hear. Would you like to talk about what's been bothering you enough to drive you to self-harm in the first place? Do you have a therapist to speak to about it?
I think it'd be really great if you could take a look at this thread. Self-harm alternatives <--- Click there. It could help you out. Just read through the list and try some things out till you find some that work for you.
I think it'd be awesome to post a introduction in Arrivals and Departures so everyone can say hi and give you a proper welcome. Also a good way to meet new friends.
