Apart from the forums, TeenHelp has other resources like newsletters, articles, videos which are informative and helpful. I would suggest you take a look at this thread which explains all the resources briefly.

Apart from the help resources, there are fun areas to the site where you can get to know people and make new friends. The chat room is a great way to make new friends and get to know people on the site. The social groups are a great way of meeting people with common interests as yourself.
