Welcome to TeenHelp! I am a Buddy here, which means I help new users on the site get oriented. It's good that you've got right in there and started posting, but you might want to look in the Arrivals and Departures forum. There, you can make a thread and introduce yourself to everyone. While there you should read the two stickies there: How to Use the Forums and Obtaining Advice or Support. There are three main places to get help here besides the forums. One is LiveHelp and another is HelpLINK. LiveHelp will give you an instant response, but it is not always available. HelpLINK is always available, but responses aren't instant. The final place is the Chat Room, which is for getting advice and for just hanging out if you want. I’m in there a lot, so you can come in and we can talk. PM me if you need anything.
