I also noticed you have a blog post asking for advice. I thought I should suggest the Support Forums as well. The support forums are always buzzing with staff members and helpful members who are willing to help out and give advice and I feel posting your thread there would give you replies.

You could also consider making a post in the Arrivals and Departures forum introducing yourself so that our members will know that you have joined the site recently.
