Right?! There's no better way to build muscle.
I have a few fish tanks set up and it can be a lot of work. But, once you set everything up, you usually only do maybe a 20%-30% water change to keep the good bacteria and other levels in there. You can work around the fish too - I don't usually remove them unless I am moving a tank. My least favorite part is probably lugging heavy buckets of water around, but I got a tank vacuum last year that hooks up to the sink/bathtub for easy water changes.
