    Welcome to TeenHelp! I'm Amiko and I'm a Buddy. As a Buddy, I help new users around the site - answering any questions they have, etc. A good place to start off at is starting a thread in the Arrivals and Departures forums. There, you can introduce yourself and meet a few people. I saw that you already posted on someone's thread, you said that you wanted to become a LiveHelp Operator. As Charli said (below me) you'll need 25 posts and at least be apart of TeenHelp for at least one month. If you have any questions feel free to contact me or another Buddy.

    I saw that you wanted to apply to be on staff... Basically, you have to have been part of the site for a onth before you can apply for staff and you have to have at least 25 posts (I think) in the forums
    But welcome to teen help, and I'm sure you'll be sticking around so that you can eventually apply to staff
