Hello theend, I'm Jay, welcome to the community! I hope you will feel welcomed here
Okay, getting down to business. I am a buddy, buddy's have green usernames and we aim to answer any questions members may have
So, if you don't know how anything works, feel free to ask me or one of the other warm staffies.
Now, I suggest you put an introduction in the arrivals and departures forum as to get to see how warm and friendly the other members and staff are And to get the full on welcome commity 
After that, if you require help with any problems, feel free to write a thread in the appropriate forum, or go onto helplink or livehelp. Keep in mind, livehelp is only on at specific times of the day though.
Or, if you want new friends, go to the chat room, everybody loves a good old chat and those rooms are the best places to get friendly
