Hello and welcome to TeenHelp! My name is Sam and I'm a Community Mentor here. Basically, that means I'm available to help you get settled and answer any questions that you might have about the different resources TeenHelp offers. I'm also always around for a chat, whether you need advice on something you're going through or just feel like having a fun, low-key conversation.

One of the first things I recommend to new users is taking a moment to create a thread in our Arrivals and Departures forum (here). It's one of the fastest ways to introduce yourself to our community and it gives our members the chance to give you a proper TeenHelp welcome! We also have a lot of resources available to our users including informative Articles (here) and a Chat Room (here) to connect with other users. If there's anything specific you're hoping to find here, please feel free to let me know! I'd be more than happy to point you in the right direction.
