I'm Nal and it's great to meet you! I hope that you have been finding your time on TH worthwhile. How have you been?
Have you checked out some of the site's advice features yet? HelpLINK is great for receiving advice. It's an email system and a member of our staff will get back to you as soon as they can! Another great feature is Live Help. This is a chat type system where you can talk to one of our staff members one-on-one. You can check to see if Live Help is online by looking at the Get Advice box towards the top of your screen. It should tell you whether it is offline or online. The Forums are also a great place to get advice and support. There, all members can respond to what you post.
TeenHelp also has some fun features that you may like including Chat, Blogs, Social Groups, and our Newsletter. Check out this to see a full list of site features and links.
