If you haven't already, why not check out the support forums? There's a whole range of topics which you can use to ask for or offer advice and support, or even just talk to other members. There's also a forum called Arrivals and Departures, where new members can post an introduction thread and let others know they're here. If you feel like doing so, feel free to create a thread there saying hi - I know other members would love to say hello!
