Couldn't think of a username? Or were you being funny with it? Either way, it's kind of interesting actually. If you ever want to change your username though, you can do so every 6 months, so if it was because you couldn't think of one, that's a thought.

I see that you have already made a post which is awesome. While I didn't answer it, I did notice that you got responses, and I am hoping that the responses you got were able to adequately answer your question, or that you will get more responses in the future!

If you want to know any of the other ways to get help or just how to use the site in general, this will tell you. Some of the ways to get support that are listed there are HelpLINK and Live Help, which are staff run so you are guaranteed a response.

Another feature of the site I find pretty cool are the Social Groups. They're cool because they cover a wide variety of topics that people may be interested in, and they're a good way to connect and meet other people with similar interests. Sort of like a club, only online.
