Pink - These are HelpLINK Mentors. If you want to ask something privately, then this is where you'll go. Select members will provide a well-written and lengthy answer to any question or problem you may have.

Teal - These are Live Help Operators. The way the system is used is like an instant messaging feature. You can connect and get just one member. If you have multiple concerns, questions and need intense advice, go here!
