If you're looking to get help here, the best ways are:
1.) Post a thread on the forums.
2.) Click the LiveHelp icon up top ^ and talk to one of the operators. If the Live Help icon says "offline," then you can also stop by the chat room, where you can also receive support.
3.) Click on the HelpLINK icon up above and submit a ticket. You'll get responses by the selected mentors here .
