Unhappy Overwhelming jelousy that I can't control - July 25th 2012, 10:06 AM

Sooo a lot of you may have noticed that I have made lots of posts about my friend Zac. Well yeah, I've decided to believe him and NOT Lauren (dunno why I was believing her in the 1st place) but now I got a new problem. And I was wondering if anyone knew WHY it's happening? Or better yet how I can make it stop? Almost every time I see him with other girls I get jelous. Whenever another girl comments on his statuses or photos on FB I get jelous (especially with this girl named Bella) helppppppppppppppppp?! I don't wanna feel this I want to be able to see him like that without feeling that horrible feeling I mean it's his life!

Jealousy is a hard feeling to overcome, but one thing to remember is it isn't productive. In fact, feeling jealous just has a neagtive impact on your thoughts, feelings and behaviour. And does it change anything? No.

I don't know your full story, or the business with Zac, but what I am going to say is that distraction is generally best. I think it would be a brilliant idea to go out and meet other guys, just as friends. He isn't the only male on this planet. I know it can be hard seeing people you like flirting and making friends with other girls, but you have to remember it is his life. You're entitled to do the same.

Keeping your mind off it is your best bet. Chin up <3

Take as long as you need.
