Ever since the goodbye - September 30th 2012, 06:03 AM

Hey Everyone,
Ever since my best friend ditched me about two weeks ago, I feel completely lost and friendless. She was a huge part of my life and me, and since the day she told me go away and that she never wants to see me again, I've been having so much trouble sleeping at night, pretty much I keep on remembering that moment and its just making me feel really depressed at school. Some of my other friends are telling me that Ive changed so much as well as some random classmates of mine. Can someone please help me on how to forget the past? I know through time that things get better, but I just can't sleep :/ Any help or suggestions? Thanks!

Sweetie. I know it's hard, I really do.
I think you can't sleep because your worrying to much. If your thoughts are racing and your stressing out about your ex-bestfriend, then your not going to be able to sleep.
Try doing some relaxing stuff before going to bed. Like, take a hot bath/shower, read a good book, listen to music, etc.
Try not to think about her before school, but if it ends up happening, then just remind yourself everything will be okay.
I know your struggling, and I'm truly sorry. You know where I am, hun.
