Unhappy Tired - September 30th 2012, 06:22 PM

For some reason lately I don't feel like doing anything. I get constant migraines and I'm just so tiredall the time. I go outside and the light makes my head feel fuzzy. I'm having trouble eating or sleeping. I just don't know what's wrong with me. I used to be so happy and healthy, but now I'm losing a lot of weight and just feel miserable all the time. Can someone help me?

Have you talked to your doctor about all of this? Honestly, to me, it sounds like you might have severe allergies. Migraines, light sensitivity and sleeping issues can all be attributed to allergies. I didn't start having allergy issues until my early twenties. So I really think you should go and speak to your doctor to find out whats going on.

When it comes down to it, you know something is going on with you that is different. You know your body best. And I am just assuming, because you put this in the depression forum, that you think it might be depression. I think that you should rule out other issues first, like allergies, before worrying yourself. Which is why I feel that talking to your doctor first would be highly beneficial to you. If they feel its not a physical issue and is more mental, they can refer you to someone they feel would help.

Haven't yet, but my mom's gonna make an appointment. It could be allergies maybe or a sinus infection. I've had a lot of those, but never the drowsiness or the lack of excitement.

You should see your doctor. And yes, it might just be depression. People tend to be hard on themselves and hence on their health when they feel sad or depressed. Honestly ask yourself if that's the case and if anything has been going on which might have triggered any sort of sadness.

Don't judge me because I sin differently from you.

Love, it could be anything from anaemia to a sinus infection to depression. I think like the others have suggested it would just be best to see your doctor. I really hope you feel better soon, I know how crappy it is to feel under the weather!!xx
