Hi there,

I'm really sorry that you're going through a rough time. I am however really glad that you have come to us for some help and support. I hope we can help you in one way or another.

This might be frustrating to hear, but life is what you make it. If you decide life has no meaning and there's no reason to live any more, you've decided that. Challenge your thought patters but also think about what you want from life. Set yourself goals. Think really hard about what you want and aim for it. Because if you work hard in life, you'll get places. Set goals for the short term, small and little but things that you'll appreciate. My list would be full of movie nights, walks, listening to music, talking to my closet friends, volunteer work, reading books and having nice baths and hot chocolate. But think about your long term goals too, things like going on to college or university, your career (something you feel passionate about), raising money for charity, climbing a mountain, having a family, getting married and having children and even grand children, writing a book, anything that you want to do.

I know its hard to see the reasons worth living for when you feel so low, but they are there. Write a list and keep reminding yourself of them all.

You haven't said if there is anything triggering you to feel this way but I want you to know that if there is then we're always here for you. If you want to talk to us then you're more than welcome to. We won't judge you. We'll be here to listen and to support you.

Keep on smiling. It's not going to be this way for ever, you can and will start to feel better. Don't be alone,

"Only in the dark, can you see the stars..."
