Hi there,

I struggle with anxiety myself and this time last year I didn't dare go outside. I'd have panic attacks, several times a day and that with feeling so low, was exhausting and horrible. But you know, you're stronger than it. Beating this is going to be hard but you can take control and be in control of it, not the other way around.

Have you tried talking to anyone about all of this? I know that might be really hard for you but it might really help. I have such a fear of talking in front of people that I always write letters to people instead. Maybe you could do that? Give a letter about what's going on to someone you can trust such as a parent, teacher, school nurse or your doctor. All of these people want what is best for you and want to help you. You don't have to be alone.

And if you want to talk to us here, know that you're more than welcome too. We're here to support you not to judge. We want to be here for you and we'll try our best to understand your situation.

Hang on in there, you can do this.

"Only in the dark, can you see the stars..."

Have you tried going to a psychologist for your fears? Talking through it can help, and even stuff like hypnosis can be effective if you open your mind to it.

No matter what, I am here for you.

Hey there,

I'm sorry that you're feeling so low right now. What triggers you to cry? Is it something you can control? I know you feel as though know one cares, but you really should try and talk to someone. I know you have this fear. But sometimes we have to step out of our comfort zones and conquer our fears. And it's really scary! But it's worth it. Like Jess said- you're strong and you can beat this. You just have to believe in yourself. And even if you don't at first- don't worry! There are others who believe in you. Don't be afraid to lean on people for support. You don't have to battle this alone. I would start by talking to your parents or guardians about all this. They can help guide you in the direction to making you feel better. For now, though, go easy on yourself. Do things that make you smile. K? You're worth it <3
