Haii, sweetie .

My name is Hamed, seventeen year old student, writer, drummer and stacks more from Sydney . I'm so sorry to hear you feel like this and I seriously hope me and the guys here can help you in some way.

I'm just going to give you my advice and support as best I can but please be warned, if this post does become very long, I do apologise, it happens, I am a rambler but hopefully I can control myself this evening .

Alright so, I don't know your situation or the circumstances but what I do know is that suicide is never the answer. It gets better and I know you have probably heard this so many times and it may sound like a cliche to you but it is true. As someone from this site has said "no one is a lost cause", there is no such thing.

You have been that innocent, happy, healthy girl once in your life and you can be again. That's my point. Depression isn't WHO you are, this isn't you, and you CAN beat it.

But by killing yourself, you never give yourself to chance to change. It may seen hopeless but please understand that it does get better.

Just the fact that you mustered up the courage and bravery enough to tell us about this and get support indicates that you have the courage and bravery enough to get through this and beat this. You'll get through this, I know it .

My question to you is, how long have you felt like this and survived? It means you CAN survive long enough for it to get better, which results in you not only surviving but living and loving life. It just gets better but you have to be alive to see the day, is all I'm saying.

Just remember that you CAN.

P.S. I'm sorry if what I said hasn't helped LOL, I hope it has.

All you have to do is look hard enough,
And what might seem to be a series of unfortunate events may in fact be the first steps of a journey.”

Hi Hannah,

I think it's really great and very positive that you have come to us here at Teenhelp. I know that sometimes people find it really hard to bring themselves to ask for help and it can be a really scary thing for people to do. So that's definitely something to be proud of yourself for doing.

I would really like to be able to help you cope with what ever it is that's getting you down. You sound like you're really struggling and we're here to help but it's really hard for us to be able to help you in a way which you will benefit from when you tell is so little. No one on here is going to force you into talking about things with us that you don't want to talk to us about but if you can manage to tell us a little more about your situation, then that will really help us help you. And that's all that we all want to be able to do - help you.

I know this is hard for you right now, but it isn't going to last forever, okay? Things can and they will get better for you and you won't always feel this way so keep on fighting and keep your chin up. Your future can be a beautiful one.
