Today is the Day
Today, I am offering you a gift. A gift of happiness. I am not asking to change any of your ways. I am just asking you to think about the other people in your life. Now, I know I don't know all of your situtations. I pretty much take a guess that you have been bullied, raped, sexual harrassment, provety, divorced parents, lost your virigity, have an STD, are a teen parent, failing school, parents/family don't care about you. I think that pretty much gets most of it. I can say right now you probably feel alone. The only way you feel not alone is to speak up about your problems. One of the best things to help that is to join a support group. Most are free and only ask for donations. You're at the end of your rope, you just wanna get out of here. I'm telling you its not worth it. Think about all your family, friends, teachers, even strangers who would be impacted. If your in high school or college image your class on graduation day without having you walk across the stage with them. Someday, you will one day have a family and children. Maybe you wanna have a dog when you move out. Or maybe you wanna go to college or have a job after college. If you truly want to change your life today is the day to do that. Speak up. Talk to your parents, teachers, friends, people on TeenHelp the list goes on. Your support system is HUGE. Whether you see it or not. The Natonal Suicide Prevention Lifeline is 1-800-273-8255. I truly believe everyone can recover from their problems.
