Hey, Cristian

I know things can get pretty tough and become hard to cope with. Do you think maybe since you can't seem to get enjoyment out of the things you used to do which was helping you to cope, you could possibly have depression? I'm no doctor. Just a thought. Do you have a therapist or a counselor to talk to? I think it'd be a benefit to speak with them or talk to your parents, relatives or friends about how you've been feeling lately. Having a healthy support system in real life could help you cope better. Just even being able to talk about it can help.

How about writing your feelings and thoughts in a journal, even if they make no sense? It could help you express yourself. Poems as well. I must add, doing outside activities can help you because the sunlight increases a natural chemical in your brain to induce happiness. Try to get as much sunlight as possible, make sure you're eating enough, and getting enough sleep. All those things can effect mood. Go through each thing in your life, step by step.

Try to remind yourself that things won't always be this hard. That things can get better. Hold on. I'm am sorry you're feeling so bad though... May I ask what's bothering you to make you feel so depressed?

You can talk to me anytime you want though, I never mind listening, and I mean that. You can do this. Hope I helped a bit.

Stay Strong <3
