Hey there!

I'm sorry... To be in this state of mind things must be pretty rough. Well, why not? Because there's gotta be someone in your life who cares so much about you, your parents, siblings, friend, relative, you're loved and that person would be devastated to lose you. Plus, why not? Because you're 14 - you have your whole life ahead of you, so many new experiences, amazing things, and chances at being happy. Sure, there's gonna be some hard times in life and right now, that's why instead of thinking of ways to end our life, we should be thinking of a way to solve a problem bothering us, or ways to make ourselves happier. Do something nice for someone else, and do something you enjoy as well. All these things make us more experienced and they make us stronger.

Can you talk to someone about this? Parents, siblings, relatives, friend, teacher, school counselor? Having someone listen to your feelings and support you when you're feeling down can really help. If telling someone is pretty difficult to do verbally then you can write it on a note or letter and give to them.

Writing your feelings down in a journal, bad and good, and just keep up with things can really help to express yourself. Writing poems that relate to you could too. And doing anything that makes you happy and generally distracting yourself from bad feelings can help too. Going for walks are very refreshing. =)

Things get better, and I mean that. Right now, what you're feeling, isn't all life is. We've got so much life to live. A job, dating, experiencing life away from home, marriage, children, just so much to miss out on. There's so many great things that life has to offer that weigh out the bad. You've gotta think more positively which is easier said than done. But in a day, try and focus on the good things that happened and be thankful, even the smallest moments that made you smile or feel happy. Take a moment to appreciate it.

Hope you feel better! Feel free to message me if you need someone to talk to.

Stay Strong <3
